The International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists is holding its next international congress in Glasgow, Scotland, 4th - 8th July 2016. The theme for the conference is Expanding horizons.

The abstract submission system is now open for IFOMPT 2016. To submit an abstract go please visit www.ifomptconference.org/abstracts.

The deadline for submissions is 1st December 2015.

The International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists aims to:

• Promote and maintain the high standards of specialist education and clinical practice in manual/musculoskeletal physiotherapists
• Promote and facilitate evidence based practice and research amongst its members
• Communicate widely the purpose and level of the specialisation of manual/musculoskeletal physiotherapists among physiotherapists, other healthcare disciplines and the general public
• Work towards international conformity of educational standards of practice among manual/musculoskeletal physiotherapists
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals within the organisation, and with other organisations.
